HEROES Virtual Reality Adventures is a social VR experience center proudly serving the Greater Sacramento area—including Roseville, Rocklin, Granite Bay, Citrus Heights, Folsom, and Elk Grove. Whether you're here for a thrilling adventure, a birthday party, or a casual outing, our space is designed for comfort, fun, and unforgettable experiences.

With an open floor plan that supports up to 14 active VR participants at once, our venue includes two immersive play formats:

Room-Scale VR Stations:

We offer 10 individual Room-Scale VR stations, each equipped with a dedicated headset and private play area for one active player at a time. For multiplayer games in this format, you'll need to reserve at least two stations simultaneously to allow each player their own space while interacting in shared virtual worlds.

Free Roam Arena:

Our Free Roam Arena allows up to 4 players to explore, walk, and interact freely within a shared physical and virtual space. This format offers high mobility and is perfect for teams or groups looking for a fully cooperative adventure.

Booking & Pricing:

All prices listed reflect equipment reservation per station or for the Free Roam Arena. Multiplayer games require either multiple stations booked at the same time or an arena reservation to ensure everyone can participate together.

Complimentary Coffee Station – Help yourself to fresh, locally sourced coffee while you wait or relax between sessions.

LATE POLICY:

To ensure a smooth experience for all our guests, we kindly ask that you arrive on time for your reservation.

Late Arrivals:

Arriving late may result in reduced play time, as we must stay on schedule to accommodate guests booked after you. Please note that missed time due to late arrival is not refundable.

Check-In & Orientation:

Your designated start time includes a brief check-in process, a required liability waiver, and a safety and equipment orientation. Arriving promptly ensures you get the most out of your session without cutting into your playtime.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us deliver a great experience for everyone!

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Reservations cancelled at least 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund. Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used for payment.

Party Package deposits are non-refundable.

MEDICAL CONCERNS:

Virtual reality action and interaction can stimulate reactive and spatial sensations, which may result in motion sickness, loss of balance, physical collisions, or falls. The VR systems may display optical effects and lighting patterns that can potentially trigger medical episodes, including seizures. Additionally, the combination of immersive visual and audio effects can overstimulate the senses, occasionally leading to headaches, dizziness, stress, or other symptoms. Virtual reality is a relatively new form of entertainment and recreational activity, and not all potential risks are yet fully understood. By choosing to participate in a HEROES Virtual Reality experience, you acknowledge and accept these risks—both known and unknown—under the assumption of personal responsibility. Individuals who are pregnant, elderly, under certain medications, or otherwise concerned about adverse effects are strongly encouraged to refrain from participation. For your safety and comfort, all VR equipment is sanitized between uses with a skin-safe disinfectant.

VIRTUAL REALITY EXPERIENCES:

At HEROES, we offer two exciting ways to experience immersive virtual reality: Room-Scale VR Stations and our Free Roam Arena. Whether you're exploring solo or adventuring with friends, we have the perfect setup to suit your group.

Room-Scale VR Stations:

We operate 10 Room-Scale VR Stations, each designed for one active player at a time. Each station includes a dedicated VR headset and a private play space, marked with safety mats to define the boundaries. These safety zones are visible while you're in the headset, helping ensure a safe and comfortable experience.

To enjoy multiplayer gameplay in this format, groups will need to rent multiple stations simultaneously, with one station per active player. This allows each participant to have their own physical space while still interacting together in shared virtual worlds.

Free Roam Arena:

Our Free Roam Arena supports up to 4 active players simultaneously and provides a truly collaborative experience in a large, open physical space. Unlike room-scale VR, players in Free Roam can walk around freely, untethered, and interact with each other in real-time within the same virtual environment.

The Free Roam Arena uses full-body tracking and spatial awareness to deliver a smooth and social gameplay experience. The arena is also lined with visual safety markers to ensure player awareness and comfort while in motion.

Recommended Play Time:

We suggest booking at least 1-Hour per player. New players typically become fully immersed within 5–7 minutes of first putting on the headset, allowing ample time for tutorials, gameplay, and exploration.
